Prestwood, Buckinghamshire Development of unoccupied land surrounded by woodlands to create a modern new house in keeping with the surrounding landscape. This house was designed with sustainability as a priority featuring triple glazing, air source heat pump, solar power, and rainwater harvesting. The natural ecology was also preserved with the design of newt friendly ponds with water features and bird habitats.
Chinnor, Oxfordshire
An exquisite new house designed to sit proudly in an outstanding rural location in the Chiltern Hills. This private client needed a spacious and sociable home to suit modern family living while retaining the rustic nature of the surrounding landscape. Unique features such as a sunken snug area and external and internal oak vaulted frames were incorporated within our Architectural and Engineering designs.
Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire
A complete refurbishment of an existing 2-bedroom bungalow including extensions to all sides and a sizeable loft conversion to create a spacious 5 bedroom family home. Our client wanted us to push the boundaries of this development to ensure we received the most advantageous planning approval on the existing property. After successfully achieving planning permission, we were then instructed us to complete the full construction package including Engineering design.
Cane End, Berkshire
Demolition of an abandoned Public House and erection of a collection of six luxury 4-and 5-bedroom family homes. We were involved in a large portion of this development from revising the current planning permission to enhance the properties in size and design, to completing the full construction package including Architectural works and Structural and Civil engineering design.
Watford, Hertfordshire
A stunning conversion of an original
Chapel established in1871 into eight
luxury apartments retaining. Due to the historic value of the Chapel the brief included the retention of the magnificent stained glass windows, internal timber frames, original exposed brickwork and impressive vaulted ceilings.
